Sugar Snap Peas and Mangetout of the best quality and flavor

All our processes started at our farms are followed with our strict cold chain management, which is crucial and a priority in our company. It ensures food safety, the highest quality and a long and reliable shelf life for our produce.

With two separated cold rooms (one for raw Sugar Snap Peas and Snow Peas (Mangetout) and one for finished produce) and a high-tech forced air unit, we give continuity to all our efforts for keeping our produce cold on its way to its final destination.

In the other hand, our workforce is highly trained to achieve a highly developed selection criteria on a very meticulous process which ensures impeccable packing of our produce. Separated production lines are established in order to eliminate the risk of cross contamination and maintain food safety.

Food safety and traceability is very important for us. Adding to our traceability system deployed at the fields, our packing house is able to tell us which production line, supervisor and operator packed a specific unit, punnet, tray, bag or box of produce. At the end of our packing process, every punnet, bag and carton box is stamped with our traceability code label that helps us and our clients to identify important information about our Sugar Snap Peas and Snow Peas (Mangetout).
